    Custom Foundry Work

    Princeton Infrared Technologies will develop the detector needed for the application.  Our knowledge of InGaAs detector arrays is unparalleled in the industry.  We can work with your engineering team on the specifications you need for your application.   We build arrays with various pixel pitch from 6 to 600μm as well as array sizes from 4 pixels to 16Mpixels and everything in between. 


    Princeton Infrared Technologies has the capability to build various types of III-V detector arrays.  We can customize the detector for speed, noise, or capacitance.  We can vary the size and number of detectors as well as its pitch.  We also work with non-lattice matched InGaAs imagers and materials for detection out to 2.6μm. 

    We work with several packaging houses so we can also place your detector in a custom housing with or without a thermoelectric cooler or sterling cooler.  Packages can be hermetically sealed to military or Telcordia standards.  Custom windows or filters can be integrated to the array or package assembly.
