Scott Kelly

Scott has 35 years of experience in technology operations and government contracting.

Prior to joining PIRT, Scott held positions at Westvaco Corporation, Princeton Scientific Instruments, Charge Injection Technologies and United Silicon Carbide, Inc.

Scott received a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Pace University.
